Abstract

The invention discloses a pneumatic type sample loader which comprises a pressure chamber, wherein a piston block is arranged inside the pressure chamber, and a piston rod is connected above the piston block and drives the piston block to make a downward and upward reciprocating motion in the pressure chamber; the lower end of the pressure chamber is connected with a first fixed pressing cap, and a storage chamber is connected below the first fixed pressing cap; the first fixed pressing cap is provided with a first taper groove and a second taper groove, wherein the first taper groove penetrates through the pressure chamber and the storage chamber, and a taper opening of the first taper groove faces towards the pressure chamber; the second taper groove is connected with an air passage, and a taper opening of the second taper groove faces towards the storage chamber; the first taper groove and the second taper groove are internally provided with a spring respectively, wherein a steel ball supports against the upper side of the spring in the first taper groove to form a one-way valve from the pressure chamber to the storage chamber; a steel ball supports against the lower side of the spring in the second taper groove to form a one-way valve from the pressure chamber to atmosphere; and a lower port of the storage chamber is provided with a second fixed pressing cap, and a rubber sleeve is clamped between the second fixed pressing cap and the storage chamber.
