The device employs the cylindrical capacitance sensor for measuring the humidity of steam, and performs the measurement of the dryness of wet steam based on the difference between water and steam in dielectric constant; and the measurement system is simple without extracting steam for sampling, and low in requirements for the environment; the cost of equipment is low; and the operation process is simple and convenient.
