The invention discloses a broadband power line networking device, comprising a circuit board divided into a first side area and a second side area which are separated by a first distance; a power converter configured to be in the first side area and possessing a pair of power receiving terminals to receive power and to convert into DC power; a networking control chip configured to be in the first side area and receiving DC power; a networking connector configured to be in the second side area and transmitting or receiving external network signals; and an Ethernet signal coupling component configured between the first side area and the second side area, receiving external networking signals of the second side area and generating an external networking signal in the first side area, wherein the networking control chip receives the external networking signals and converts into modulation network signals, the modulation network signal being outputted by the pair of power receiving terminals.
