Abstract

The invention provides a vehicle-mounted MOST (Media Oriented Systems Transport) network system. The system comprises at least two vehicle-mounted MOST networks, at least one bridge and a flow media data packaging module, wherein each vehicle-mounted MOST network comprises a plurality of nodes; the bridge is used for connecting the vehicle-mounted MOST networks; the flow media data packaging module is used for packaging a program flow which is requested by a user through a video into a program flow module group; each node comprises a timing monitor, a main controller and an MOST network controller; the timing monitor is connected with the main controller and the MOST network controller, and is used for monitoring the main controller and the MOST network controller; and when the main controller or the MOST network controller breaks down, the main controller is controlled to enter a skipping mode. The vehicle-mounted MOST network system provided by the invention expands the existing MOST network and can defend network faults; and flow media data is packaged and transmitted, so that the transmission process of the program flow in a network is simplified and transmission channels are reduced.
