The data synthesizing and playing system comprises an MP3 data stream input module, a frame decoding module connected with the MP3 data stream input module, a data synthesis module connected with the frame decoding module, a sub-band synthesis filtering module connected with the data synthesis module and an audio data output module connected with the sub-band synthesis filtering module, wherein the frame decoding module outputs left-channel sub-frequency band data and right-channel sub-frequency band data to the data synthesis module; the data synthesis module synthesizes the left-channel sub-frequency band data and the right-channel sub-frequency band data to generate synthetic sub-frequency band data to the sub-band synthesis filtering module; and the sub-band synthesis filtering module decodes the synthetic sub-frequency band data and outputs synthetic audio data to the audio data output module to be played.
