Problems solved by technology

Some studies have found that traditional Chinese medicine can play an anti-tumor effect by affecting the TLRs / NF-κB pathway in immune cells, but there are no reports on the direct effect of traditional Chinese medicine on this pathway of tumor cells at home and abroad.

Embodiment Construction

[0044] The present invention uses the human liver cancer SMMC-7721 cell line as the material to observe the anti-hepatoma mechanism of the Aidu prescription, and the specific experiments are as follows:

[0045] 1 Materials and methods

[0046] Preparation of medicated serum

[0047] The rabbits were divided into a traditional Chinese medicine group and a control group, with 3 rabbits in each group. The traditional Chinese medicine group was administered with low, medium and high doses of anticancer and detoxifying traditional Chinese medicine, and the control group was administered with normal saline, once a day for 3 consecutive days, blood was collected 2 hours after the last oral administration, and the serum was separated by centrifugation. Sterilize by suction filtration with a 0.2um microporous membrane, inactivate at 56°C for 30 minutes to remove the complement in the serum, and store it at -20°C for later use as drug-containing serum.

Abstract

The invention relates to application of a pathway for adjusting and controlling signal transduction of a hepatoma cell in cancerous toxin prescription pharmacy. According to the cancerous toxin principle of a national physician master, professor Zhou Zhongying, the cancerous toxin prescription is prepared from the following components by weight: 3-20 g of Hedyotis diffusa, 3-10 g of stiff silkworm, 1-3 of centipede, 3-12 g of Akebia quinata, 3-15 g of radix pseudostellariae, 3-12 g of radix ophiopogonis and 3-10 g of edible tulip; the whole prescription has the main effect of driving out evil spirits, dispelling cancer and detoxifying complementary with strengthening body resistance; and clinical application displays that the cancerous toxin prescription has good antitumor curative effect. According to the invention, a human hepatoma cell strain SMMC-7721 is used as a material; the extrinsic anti-cancer action of the prescription is observed; the result expresses that the cancerous toxin prescription has the good effect of inhibiting multiplication of the human hepatoma cell SMMC-7721; and the prescription has synergistic effect with a blocking agent CD284 of a TLRs / NF-KB signal transduction pathway and is capable of blocking TLR4 expression, inhibiting downstream NF-kB protein express and promoting tumor apoptosis.

Description

1. Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to cell biology and molecular biology technology in the field of medicine, in particular to the new application of cancer drug prescription, that is, the application in preparing and regulating the signal transduction drug of liver cancer cells. 2. Background technology [0002] Liver cancer is one of the major diseases that seriously endanger human life and health. It is one of the most common malignant tumors in my country. The mortality rate has increased by 41.17% in recent years, and its morbidity and mortality are still increasing year by year. Liver cancer has the characteristics of late discovery, rapid development, difficult treatment, and poor prognosis. It is called "the king of cancers". After resection, the recurrence rate is still as high as 60% 5 years after operation, and the recurrence rate of small liver cancer is also as high as 40%-50%. [0003] Western medicine treats liver cancer to directly fight agains...
