The curtain coating film forming procedure includes a condensed solution flowing procedure, a curtain coating procedure, a film heating procedure, a surface layer forming procedure, a film drying procedure, a film cooling procedure, a ripping procedure and a support body heating procedure repeatedly and successively. In the condensed solution flowing procedure, the condensed liquid flows to an annular band. In the film heating procedure, a curtain coating film is formed from the condensed liquid. The surface of the film is made smooth through the heating the curtain coating film in the film heating procedure. The surface layer is formed on the film surface of the surface forming procedure. The curtain coating film is dried in the film drying procedure. The curtain coating film is cooled into a state capable of conveying independently in the film cooling procedure. The curtain coating film is ripped from the annular band in the ripping procedure. The annular band is heated in the support body heating procedure after the ripping procedure.
