The hydraulic oil preheating device comprises a heat exchanger, an oil inlet pipe, an oil outlet pipe and an oil pump, wherein a first port of the heat exchanger is connected with an exhaust pipe of the engineering vehicle, and is communicated with a second port of the heat exchanger; one end of the oil inlet pipe is connected with a third port of the heat exchanger, and the other end of the oil inlet pipe is used for connection with a hydraulic oil tank of the engineering vehicle; one end of the oil outlet pipe is connected with a fourth port of the heat exchanger, and the other end of the oil outlet pipe is connected with the hydraulic oil tank; the fourth port and third port of the heat exchanger are communicated; and the oil pump is used for pumping hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank into the heat exchanger for heat exchange, and enabling the hydraulic oil to flow back into the hydraulic oil tank. The hydraulic oil of the engineering vehicle is preheated by tail gases of the engineering vehicle; and therefore, by the preheating method, energy sources are saved.
