Abstract

The invention discloses a characterization method of a sintering furnace's sintering uniformity. A cemented carbide mixture, which is prepared by spray drying and contains a paraffin forming agent, undergoes pressure-limited compaction. The compaction pressure makes compound stalk forming. A pressed compact is placed on a graphite plate according to a spatial arrangement mode and is sintered at different temperatures by different technologies. The characterization method can be used to detect the temperature of the sintering furnace and gas flow uniformity during the sintering process and provides basis for improving uniformity of the product.
