Abstract

The invention discloses a method for rapidly identifying type of balsam material liquid for cigarette. The method comprises four steps of preparing standard samples, scanning the standard samples by using a near infrared spectrometer so as to obtain a near infrared spectrogram, carrying out the pre-treatment on the near infrared spectrogram and establishing a model; and the obtained classification model is stored in a storer. In an unknown sample analysis step, a sample to be tested is scanned so as to obtain the near infrared spectrogram of the sample; principal component analysis is carried out on a standard spectrum; the score of the spectrum of the unknown sample is determined according to the result of the principal component analysis of the standard spectrum; a mahalanobis distance is calculated by using a score gram and the classification is carried out in sequence; and the result of the identification analysis displays the name of a type which is most similar to the spectrum of the unknown sample. The method is simple and convenient to operate; the time and the labor are saved; the sample does not need pre-treatment, and the type of the unknown sample can be obtained within 2 minutes by scanning the near infrared spectrogram of the sample directly, so that the balsam material liquid of a wrong mark number is prevented from being added into a product.
