The invention provides a method for detecting analogue scale sensitivity of a cellular automaton of land use change by using an orthogonal experimental design. The method specifically comprises the following steps of: firstly, explaining and extracting land use information by using remote-sensing images and integrating the land use information, then determining scale factors and levels to be tested in the cellular automaton model and choosing a proper orthogonal table of tested scale sensitivity; on the basis, simulating and researching land use change situations of a region, analyzing the best level combination in the cellular automation model based on Kappa coefficient of an precision evaluation index, and testing the existing relevance among the scale factors so as to comprehensively and objectively analyze the sensitivity existing in the simulation process of the cellular automaton model of the land use change. The method for detecting scale sensitivity of the cellular automaton model fills the gap in the analysis and expression of the scale sensitivity during the simulation process of the cellular automaton model of the land use change and has important guiding significance for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of simulated results.
