Abstract

The invention discloses a topology comparison-based method for importing a substation model. The method comprises the following steps of: converting an SCD (substation configuration description) model in a substation and a CIM (common information model) model corresponding to a master scheduling station into an intermediate topology model; comparing intervals in the converted intermediate topology model and establishing a difference model; and modifying the topology structure of the CIM model to be accordant with the SCD model. In addition, the invention also discloses a topology comparison-based device for importing a substation model. According to the method and the device, by converting the SCD model of the substation and the CIM model corresponding to the master scheduling station into the intermediate topology model, and comparing and modifying according to the intermediate topology model, the topology structure of the CIM model in the master scheduling station is accordant with the SCD model of the substation, so that the substation model is imported into the master scheduling station.
