Problems solved by technology
However, the strawberry fruit is thin and tender, so it is easily damaged during the picking process, and is easily infected by pathogenic bacteria such as Botrytis sp., Rhizopus sp. and Penicillium sp. It will rot and deteriorate within 2 days, and the combined effect of the two causes the rot damage rate of the fruit to be as high as 30% during post-harvest storage
At present, the sorting of strawberry fruit mainly re

Abstract
The invention relates to a nondestructive early detection method of common diseases of strawberry by a smell sensor, belonging to the field of postharvest quality control of agricultural products. A selected metal oxide smell sensor obtains the strawberry smell in the second day of storage at 5 DEG C; and by substituting the sensor response value at the 30s into a strawberry disease judging model, the method can judge whether the strawberry is infected by common diseases during storage and judge the types of the infection diseases. The method provided by the invention can quickly detect the early diseases of the strawberry in a nondestructive manner, reduces the cost of manual detection so as to reduce the loss in storage after strawberry harvesting, and can be applied to the detection and monitoring in the circulation, storage and sales processes after strawberry harvesting.
Description
1. Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for early detection of common strawberry diseases based on a metal oxide odor sensor, and belongs to the technical field of post-harvest quality detection and control of agricultural products. 2. Background technology [0002] my country is the country with the richest wild strawberry resources in the world. It has been using wild strawberries very early and has continued to this day. The commercialization of strawberry cultivation in my country began in 1915, but it was not taken seriously in the past and developed slowly. Strawberry production has developed rapidly since the 1980s. China's current strawberry production area is about 70,000 ha 2 , the area ranks first in the world. Strawberry is very popular among consumers due to its bright color, delicious taste and rich nutrition. However, the strawberry fruit is thin and tender, so it is easily damaged during the picking process, and is easily infected by p...
