Abstract

According to the method, the seedlings are treated in a one-step manual after-ripening mode so as to fulfill the aims of embryo morphogenesis and physiological after-ripening; and the seedlings subjected to the 2,4-D treatment and the poikilothermic treatment are not required to be laminated at the low temperature and can be directly germinated; and the germination rate of the seedlings is more than 95.8 percent.
