The weeding combination containing the ametryn and the sulfentrazone is characterized by comprising the active components, namely the ametryn and the sulfentrazone, wherein the weight ratio of the ametryn to the sulfentrazone is 50: 1 to 1: 50. The ametryn and the sulfentrazone are 5 to 90% of the wedding combination by weight percent. The weeding combination is applied to places with vegetation or places expected to be free from vegetation. The weeding combination is mainly used for removing weeds in a sugarcane field, a corn field citrus orchard and the like, and particularly removing cyperus rotundus weeds.
