The invention discloses a flange type three-way butterfly valve, comprising a valve body, wherein a flange port is formed in the external annular faces of an inlet end and an outlet end of the valve body respectively; the side face of the valve body is fixedly connected with a driving device; a valve rod penetrates through the opposite side faces of the valve body and then is fixedly connected with an output end of the driving device; the valve body is fixedly connected with a sleeve sheathed on the valve rod; an opening is formed in one side of the sleeve opposite to an inlet section of the valve body; the external annular face of a closed end of the sleeve is fixedly connected with a separation sheet for dividing the outlet end of the valve body into two parts along the axial direction; and the valve rod is fixedly connected with a switching valve flap which can be matched with the internal surface of the valve body through the opening. The flange type three-way butterfly valve is simple and reliable in structure, lower in requirements on the processing difficulty and low in cost.
