Abstract

An ozone generation device and a method controlling a discharge module to generate ozone are provided. The control method controls open and close of an inverter connected to the discharge module through PID control method, thereby controlling discharge of the discharge module to generate and keep a preset ozone concentration. The control method comprises following steps: when the PID control method tries to control the inverter to close, the inverter is controlled to be still in the open state and input voltage of the inverter is controlled to be in a first voltage scope, so low power is generated by the inverter. The low power is above zero and is not able to make the discharge module to discharge and to generate ozone. The input voltage of the inverter is kept in the first voltage scope until the PID control method controls the inverter to be in an open state.
