Abstract

PURPOSE: A stretching method for a film and a solution film forming method is provided to suppress deviation of optic axis to extremely low level. CONSTITUTION: A stretching method for a film comprises a scrap paper, a stretching step, and an opening step. The scrap paper grips a polymer film(3) with a base(35B), a rotatory shaft, a biasing member, and a clip tenter which comprises a plurality of clampers(31). The plurality of clampers is enumerated to the longitudinal direction of the polymer film. The stretching step stretches the polymer film which edge part of width direction is gripped to the width direction by the clip tenter. The opening step opens the scrap paper of the polymer film by rotating the clamper to separation position from adjacent position.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a film stretching method and a solution film making method. Background technique [0002] In recent years, with the rapid development and popularization of liquid crystal displays and the like, the demand for polymer films, particularly cellulose acylate films, used in protective films and the like of these liquid crystal displays has increased. As this demand increases, productivity is expected to be improved. [0003] A solution film-forming method for producing a cellulose acylate film (hereinafter referred to as a film) includes a film forming step, a film drying step, a peeling step, a film drying step, and a stretching step. In the film forming step, a dope including a polymer and a solvent is cast on a support to form a cast film made of the dope on the support. In the film drying step, dry air is blown onto the film surface of the cast film to evaporate the solvent from the cast film. In the peeling step, the cast fi...
