Abstract

The invention discloses a single-action double-graded hydraulic cylinder and an engineering machine. The single-action double-graded hydraulic cylinder comprises a cylinder body, a primary cylinder barrel, a throttling pore plate and a secondary cylinder rod, wherein a primary guide sleeve is arranged at one end of the cylinder body; the primary cylinder barrel stretches into the cylinder body and can be arranged in the primary guide sleeve in a sliding manner; the primary cylinder barrel comprises a cylinder barrel and a primary piston; the throttling pore plate is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the primary piston; the secondary cylinder rod comprises a cylinder rod and a secondary piston; the secondary cylinder rod stretches into a chamber of the primary cylinder barrel and can be arranged in the secondary guide sleeve in a sliding manner; a piston of the primary cylinder barrel is internally provided with the throttling pore plate by the hydraulic cylinder; and a speed difference between the primary cylinder barrel and the secondary cylinder rod is adjusted by a throttling hole, so that when the primary cylinder barrel moves, the primary cylinder barrel and the secondary cylinder rod are relatively static and can move at the same speed. The single-action double-graded hydraulic cylinder has the advantages that the structure is simple; speed control between the adjacent cylinders can be realized without additionally arranging an auxiliary element; and the speed control is simple and the product cost is low.
