An analysis method of the regional impact analysis system comprises the following steps of: determining an analysis target, planning an acquired data object, and establishing a data source site list according to the data object; acquiring a data object from sites in the data source site list by using a data acquisition algorithm, and then preprocessing the data object, and formatting into a standard file; outputting space clustering for node positions according to latitude and longitude information in the standard file and nodes in the analysis target; reading-in a social network graph structure, and marking community structure information to the nodes according to the social network graph structure and the standard file; defining transmission probability among the nodes, computing a threshold value function theta according to selected transmission probability parameters, circulating a space clustering node set according to the threshold value function theta, and outputting a source point set, an impact point set, a knowledge point set and an empty node set; and computing the coverage rate and impact of each space clustering according to a general coverage rate formula.
