Problems solved by technology

The drowning monitoring system that uses lifeguards to monitor lifeguards need to endure long-term nervous tension and fatigue, resulting in low efficiency in the supervision of drowning events, which affects the timely rescue of drowning people
Due to the large amount of video data in the drowning monitoring system using camera monitoring, its processing speed is slow, and drowning events cannot be detected in time

Abstract

The invention discloses a system and a method for monitoring swimming pool drowning based on the Internet of Things. An RFID (radio frequency identification) tag and a camera are effectively combined to judge drowning events, a pulse monitor is used for acquiring user physiological information, a position detection network and the radio frequency identification tag are used for positioning a swimmer, a server is used for initially judging whether the swimmer is drowned or not according to the physiological information and the position information, and then the camera is invoked to monitor the swimmer. Drowning is accurately judged by means of template matching of monitoring images with a standard behavior database, so that detection efficiency and accuracy of the drowning events are improved effectively, and time for discovering drowners is shortened. Besides, drowning is judged jointly by the physiological information and the monitoring images, and accordingly false alarm rate of the drowning events can be effectively decreased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of swimming pool safety monitoring, and more specifically relates to a swimming pool drowning monitoring system and monitoring method based on the Internet of Things. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standards, swimming, a whole-body sports suitable for the masses, is becoming more and more popular. But because swimming is carried out in water, it has certain dangers. Beginners often cause choking and loss of balance because they cannot breathe and move freely in water, and then cause drowning accidents. Sometimes swimmers may also drown due to cramps, collisions, illness or mental stress. [0003] In order to effectively solve the drowning problem, many drowning alarm systems have been proposed at home and abroad. Existing anti-drowning monitoring systems mainly include methods such as lifeguard monitoring and camera monitoring. The d...
