Problems solved by technology

The catalyst is obtained by treating amorphous silica-alumina with saturated water vapor. Since the specific surface area of amorphous silica-alumina is small and the amount of L acid in the weak acid is relatively high, it not only affects the reactivity and selectivity of the catalyst. , and the content of MTBE cracking by-product dimethyl ether is still high

[0038] Silica sol, aluminum sol and Silicalite-1 molecular sieve crystallization liquid Si-1-A, and calculated on a dry basis (that is, silica sol is calculated as SiO 2 Al 2 o 3 Calculated, Silicalite-1 molecular sieve crystallization liquid is SiO 2 (the same below) was mixed at a weight ratio of 10:1:5, rolled into a ball, dried at 110°C for 3 hours, calcined at 500°C for 4 hours, then the material was treated with saturated water vapor at 300°C for 4 hours, and dried at 110°C for 3 hours to obtain catalyst C -1. The catalyst characterization data are listed in Table 1. Among them, the molecular sieve crystallization liquid Si-1-A is prepared by the following method: at room temperature, a tetrapropylammonium hydroxide solution with a concentration of 30wt% is added to tetrapropylammonium hydroxide solution, and the mixed slurry is stirred at 80° C. for 3 hours, and then Crystallized at 150°C for 48 hours and taken out to obtain Silicalite-1 molecular sieve crystallizat...

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method for a catalyst used in production of isobutene through cracking of methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE). According to the method, silica gel, alumina gel and Silicalite-1 molecular sieve crystallization liquid are mixed and molded and then undergo hydro-thermal treatment, and a resultant is used as the catalyst; preferably, the catalyst is loaded with a proper amount of active metal components; and the catalyst is used for cracking of MTBE for production of isobutene. The catalyst prepared in the invention has good catalysis performance, enables good selectivity on methanol and isobutene and a high conversion rate of MTBE to be obtained and inhibits generation of dimethyl ether, a reaction by-product.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a catalyst for producing isobutylene by cracking methyl tert-butyl ether and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Isobutene is an important organic chemical raw material, and high-purity isobutene is widely used in the production of butyl rubber, polyisobutylene and other products. Methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) cracking to produce high-purity isobutene is a method with advanced technology and good economy among many production methods. The by-product of MTBE cracking, dimethyl ether, is the main factor affecting the purity of the product isobutylene. When the product isobutylene is used to produce butyl rubber, the requirements for its dimethyl ether content are particularly strict. Therefore, it is the core of this technology to develop a catalyst with excellent MTBE cracking conversion rate and isobutene selectivity to minimize or not generate dimethyl ether and reduce the burden of subsequent separat...
