Abstract

The invention discloses a concentrator foam collecting device, comprising a conical barrel and eight arc liquid distributing plates uniformly fixed on the outer surface of the conical barrel. The concentrator foam collecting device provided by the invention and a separation chamber upper end socket are assembled to form a secondary steam outlet channel. The conical barrel and the arc liquid distributing plates are all calculated rigorously to ensure that the liquid material laden in mist foam of the secondary steam can be completely isolated from the steam during passing-by, without formation of air resistance. During working, the conical barrel prevents the secondary steam from directly rushing out from a steam outlet, so that the direction of the secondary steam generates baffling, and the secondary steam constantly bumps and baffles with the wall of the channel formed by the arc liquid distributing plates; and liquid material laden in the mist foam is continuously separated out from the gas, so as to prevent material leakage. The foam collecting device provided by the invention has advantages of simple structure, practicality and hygiene, and can be used in foam collecting on a variety of concentration tanks, and especially in the fields with high concentration demand, such as food, biology, pharmacy and injection.
