Abstract

A main body is composed of an upper furnace plate, a material arranging plate, a lower furnace plate, material scrapping plates and a furnace wall. The upper furnace plate and the furnace wall are fixed, the material arranging plate, the lower furnace plate and the material scrapping plates can move circularly round a center, and a water seal or a sand seal is arranged between the lower furnace plate and the furnace wall. A feed pipe is arranged in the center of the upper furnace plate, and a nozzle is formed in the bottom portion of the upper furnace plate. The material arranging plate is arranged on the upper portion of the lower furnace plate, a supporting mechanism is arranged on the bottom portion of the lower furnace plate, and a pair or multiple pairs of material scrapping plates are symmetrically arranged all around the lower furnace plate. Each material scrapping plate is an inlaid milling face, and a plurality of radial tooth grooves are formed in the milling face. Through centrifugal force produced by the rotation of the material arranging plate, the functions of material arranging and material turnover can be achieved.
