Abstract

The invention provides a shifting fork type precise flexible connection driving mechanism which is connected through an elastic coupler and soft pusher dogs in a two-stage flexible mode. Influence of a motor on rotation precision of a main shaft is weakened by the elastic coupler. Influence of a shifting fork plate on rotation precision of an air floating main shaft is removed by the elastic soft pusher dogs. A pair of angular contact ball bearings is installed between the motor and the air floating main shaft and used for bearing bending moment to the motor by force generated due to disalignment of the motor and the air floating main shaft. The four soft pusher dogs are divided into two groups. Hollow nuts adjust compression amount of springs so as to adjust driving force of every two symmetrical soft pusher dogs, and simultaneous driving of two soft pusher dogs in each group is achieved.
