Abstract

The invention provides a lifting-dropping and rotation actuating unit which comprises a steel frame. A screw rod is installed inside the steel frame and the lower end of the screw rod is connected with the steel frame in a sliding mode through a bearing. A travel switch is installed above the bearing and a screw nut is installed above the travel switch. The screw rod of the top portion of the steel frame is provided with a big belt wheel, wherein the big belt wheel is connected with a small belt wheel through a tyre. The small belt wheel is connected with a motor which is installed on a motor fixed plate. The upper segment of the steel frame is connected with the screw rod in a sliding mode through a pressure bearing. The lower portion of the presser bearing is provided with a gasket, wherein a ball circle is installed on the end face of the steel frame which is located under the gasket. A switch is installed above the ball circle. The motor drives the belt wheels to move through the belt, and therefore, the screw rod is driven to move. The screw nut moves up and down along the screw rod. When running into the gasket, the screw rod continues to rotate and drives the screw nut to rotate in a horizontal direction. The rotation is stopped when the screw nut runs to the travel switch after rotation of 180 degrees and the motor stops working. When the screw nut moves under the screw rod and the screw nut runs into the travel switch, the motor stops working. The actuating unit has the advantages of being simple in structure and easy to use.
