An S-shaped curve is applied to speed planning of an i+1 section of a processing track, wherein the i+1 section of the processing track is arranged between a first transfer position and a second transfer position, and accelerations of the first transfer position and the second transfer position are controlled not to be zero. The invention further discloses a controlling device of acceleration and deceleration based on the S-shaped curve and the numerically-controlled machine tool. Due to the fact that the acceleration and deceleration method based on the S-shaped curve and the equipment using the acceleration and deceleration controlling method based on the S-shaped curve of a numerically-controlled system control the accelerations of the first transfer position and the second transfer position not to be zero, processing efficiency can be effectively improved, and impact to the machine tool during the processing process is reduced.
