The invention discloses a marine peril search and rescue machine vision system which comprises a control platform, a visible light subsystem, an infrared subsystem, a radar subsystem and a remote sensing subsystem, wherein the visible light subsystem is in communication connection with the control platform. The visible light subsystem comprises a visible light orthodiagraph and a visible light target detecting and tracking module, wherein the visible light target detecting and tracking module is respectively connected with the output end of the visible light orthodiagraph and the input end of the control platform. The infrared subsystem comprises an infrared detector and an infrared target detecting and tracking module, wherein the infrared target detecting and tracking module is respectively connected with the output end of the infrared detector and the input end of the control platform. The radar subsystem comprises a radar and a radar target detecting and tracking module, wherein the radar target detecting and tracking module is respectively connected with the output end of the radar and the input end of the control platform. The remote sensing subsystem comprises a remote sensing satellite, a marine peril estimating module and a ship detection module, wherein the marine peril estimating module and the ship detection module receive output of the remote sensing satellite, and the output end of the ship detection module is connected with the control platform.
