The connecting mechanism comprises a connecting device and a sealing device, wherein the connecting device comprises a plurality of flange barbs installed on the flange and a plurality of valve barbs installed on the valve tail portion. When the connecting mechanism is in use, the flange barbs of the flange and the valve barbs of the valve tail portion are hooked together tightly to achieve the connection of the valve and the flange. The sealing device comprises a sealing ring, wherein the sealing ring exerts a force on the valve and the flange, and the force can be divided into an axial component force along the axial direction of a valve passageway of the valve and a radial component force along the radial direction of the valve passageway of the valve.
