According to the invention, the metal-metal contact can be avoided through applying the spring component in a flow proportioning valve, so as to eliminate mechanical friction force, prolong the service life of the valve and reduce the hysteresis deboost; when the soft magnetic armature is absorbed, up-down elastic deformation of the plate spring pieces is realized under the action of the soft magnetic armature and the lower lifting valve plate, so as to provide a pre-tightening force for the metallic seal surface and a resilience force for closing the valve; and accordingly, the balance of the electromagnetic force and the spring force at different opening positions of a sealing valve cover is realized. Compared with the prior art, the plate spring component has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in assembly, and capabilities of improving the air tightness of the proportioning valve, prolong valve service life of the size, and reducing hysteresis deboost.
