Abstract

A voice analysis unit (13) extracts voice feature quantities such as format and pitch from an inputted voice signal. On the basis of the extracted voice feature quantities, a masking sound generation unit (14) processes sound source data (generic masking sounds) recorded in a database (15), and generates a masking sound for outputting.
