Embodiment Construction

[0042] The present invention will be further described in conjunction with accompanying drawings.

[0043] Air-liquid interweave cooling for high power density motors, such as Figure 1-Figure 9 As shown, the device includes: a stator, a rotor and a cooling system thereof, stator slots 1-1 are evenly distributed along the circumferential direction on the stator core 1, and discharge armature windings 1-2 are embedded in the slots.

[0044] The cross-sectional area of the armature winding 1-2 is less than 30% to 50% of that of the stator slot 1-1, and its end value or any value in the middle can be selected.

[0045] The armature winding 1-2 is wrapped with an insulating sleeve 1-3.

[0046] The insulating casing 1-3 wrapping the armature winding 1-2 and the stator slot wedge 1-4 are supported by a non-metallic T-shaped bracket 1-5.

[0047] The inner wall surface of both sides of the stator slot 1-1, the inner surface of the stator slot wedge 1-4 and the outer surface of t...

Abstract

The invention discloses a gas-liquid interlaced cooling high power density motor, and belongs to the field of high power density motors. An armature winding of the motor is wrapped by an insulating bushing, supported by a non-metal T-type support, and fixed through a slot wedge, and an axial cooling medium channel inside a stator core is formed. A space defined by a non-metal airtight cylinder, a housing case inner wall, the stator core, a first annular sealing plate and a second annular sealing plate in an enclosed mode constitutes a stator side airtight cooling cavity. Liquid-state cooling media flow from a liquid inflow guiding tube into the axial cooling medium channel inside the stator core, trickle down onto a rotor through first to Nth trickling holes, flow out from a liquid outflow guiding tube and a second liquid outflow guiding tube, and are cooled through a liquid cooling device. Gas-state cooling media enter from a gas inflow guiding tube and flow out from a gas medium outlet hole. Different cooling channels are combined into an interlaced multi-dimensional space cooling system, working temperature rise of the motor is effectively reduced, stability is improved, and unbalanced thermal stress influences caused by axial temperature difference are reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a high-speed power density motor and a cooling system thereof, belonging to the electrical field. technical background [0002] High-speed power density motors generally have the characteristics of high operating speed, small size, high material utilization, fast dynamic response and high efficiency of the transmission system, and have the advantages of high efficiency and high power factor. Therefore, high-speed permanent magnet motors are used in distributed power generation systems, flywheel energy storage systems, aerospace, high-speed grinding machines, hybrid vehicles, ships, textiles, centrifugal compressors for air conditioners or refrigerators, as well as in military vehicles, tanks, aircrafts, etc. As well as land and sea defense, mobile power supply and other military fields have advantages and good application prospects. [0003] Compared with conventional motors, the heat load of high power density motors is great...
