Problems solved by technology

In addition, the leaked steam that passes through the tip of the vane to the downstream side cannot convert pressure energy into kinetic energy through the vane, so almost no turning force is applied to the rotor vane on the downstream side.

Embodiment Construction

[0033] (Steam turbine)

[0034] Next, based on Figure 1 ~ Figure 4 Embodiments of the present invention will be described.

[0035] figure 1 It is a schematic structural cross-sectional view showing a steam turbine according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0036] The steam turbine 1 is mainly composed of a housing 10 , a regulating valve 20 for adjusting the amount and pressure of steam S flowing into the housing 10 , and a power generator (not shown) that is rotatably installed inside the housing 10 and transmits power to a generator (not shown). A shaft 30 of equipment such as a machine, a stationary vane 40 held by the housing 10 , a rotor blade 50 provided on the shaft 30 , and a bearing 60 rotatably supports the shaft 30 around the shaft.

[0037] The bearing unit 60 includes a journal bearing device 61 and a thrust bearing device 62 , and supports the shaft body 30 in a rotatable manner.

[0038]The casing 10 is a flow path of the steam S. The inner s...

Abstract

A turbine includes a blade, a structure installed at a tip section side of the blade via a gap and configured to relatively rotate with respect to the blade, a step section formed at the tip section of the blade, having at least one step surface, and protruding toward a portion opposite to the tip section of the structure, a seal fin formed at the portion opposite to the tip section of the structure, extending toward the step section, and configured to form a micro gap between the step section and the seal fin, and a cutout section formed at the step surface to be connected to an upper surface of the step section. The cutout section guides a separation vortex separated from a main stream of a fluid passing through the gap toward the seal fin on the upper surface of the step section.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a turbine used in, for example, power plants, chemical plants, gas plants, ironworks, ships and the like. [0002] This application claims priority to Japanese Patent Application No. 2010-286583 for which it applied in Japan on December 22, 2010, and uses the content here. Background technique [0003] Conventionally, as a type of steam turbine, a multistage casing, a shaft (rotor) rotatably provided inside the casing, vanes fixedly arranged on the inner periphery of the casing, and A steam turbine is known in which rotor blades are arranged radially on the shaft body on the downstream side. The impulse turbine in such a steam turbine converts the pressure energy of the steam into kinetic energy through the stator blades, and converts the kinetic energy into rigid body kinetic energy (mechanical energy) through the moving blades. In addition, the reaction turbine in the steam turbine also converts pressure energy into...
