Abstract

The output voltage of the conventional mobile power source is 5 V, which cannot meet the charging requirement of people for high-power electronic products. The circuit includes a temperature and overdischarge protection circuit, an output circuit and a singlechip control circuit, wherein the output end of the temperature and overdischarge protection circuit is in signal connection with the input end of the output circuit; the input end of the temperature and overdischarge protection circuit is in signal connection with that of the singlechip control circuit; a 12 V power source is used for charging the temperature and overdischarge protection circuit, the output circuit and the singlechip control circuit. When voltage of 12 V is input to the circuit, the circuit can output the voltage of 20 V through adopting a boost circuit topology circuit; a double parallel connection freewheel diode structure and a current detection ring circuit are adopted to improve the conversion efficiency of the output circuit, so that when the circuit outputs at the voltage of 20 V, the conversion efficiency is higher than 90%; and the adopted temperature and overdischarge protection circuit ensures the safe and stable operation of the circuit.
