Embodiment Construction

[0022] In the method according to the invention there are provided multiple figure 1 A pole tooth of the type shown in 1. The pole teeth are approximately double T-shaped in cross section and have a first (inner) end wall 4 , a second (outer) end wall 3 and a tooth web 2 connecting the end walls 4 , 3 to one another. . A groove 5 is provided at the end of the outer end wall 3 , while the opposite end has a correspondingly designed spring. The slots and springs are used to mount the plurality of pole teeth to one another in a form-fitting manner.

[0023] The pole tooth 1 consists of a stamped laminate (individual lamination layers arranged one above the other) and various protective covers are attached to the lamination stack for insulation purposes.

[0024] figure 2 Such a protective cover 6 is shown. These covers protect against short circuits of the supply voltage. Then wind the pole tooth 1. The corresponding windings are in image 3 It is represented by 7 in the...

Abstract

A description is given of a method for producing a stator for an electrical machine as an internal rotor, in particular an electric motor. This method involves providing a multiplicity of separate pole teeth, which are wound. The ends of the winding wire of the pole teeth are connected to one another to create a flexible annular pole tooth assembly, and the flexible assembly is inserted into an injection mould and centered. The assembly located in the mould is encapsulated or sealed in a moulding compound. In this way, a dimensionally stable stator with particularly good insulating properties can be produced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for producing a stator as an inner rotor of an electromechanical machine, in particular an electric motor, having the features of the preamble of claim 1 . Background technique [0002] The stator is produced as standard from a laminated core consisting of lamination rings arranged one above the other. These lamination rings together form a fixed part which is insulated and wound in a subsequent step. [0003] However, it is also known that individual pole teeth are provided with coil bodies and are wound accordingly (DE 20 2010 003 640 U1). In this way, individual electromechanical coils are produced, which consist of pole teeth, coil body and winding. In this case, a plurality of the electromechanical coils form the stator, it being provided that the electromechanical coils are arranged annularly around the central axis of the stator. However, nothing is said about the connection of the individual electromechanica...
