The method comprises the following steps: a matrix transformation model of an RGB space is established systematically; the sample image and a target image are read in the RGB space; a transformational matrix from the sample image to the target image is calculated according to a Newton iteration minimum chromatic aberration method; RGB spatial components of the target image are updated through the transformational matrix according to the matrix transformation model, and color correction and transformation of the target image is finished. By means of the method for realizing the image color correction and transformation based on the sample image in the computer system, the problem that image colors are distributed unevenly is solved. Meanwhile, calculation of a matching matrix is realized. The chromaticity of the target image is calculated through a Newton chromatic aberration optimization method, so that the problems which cannot be solved through a traditional color correction method based on the sample image are solved, and the correctness of color correction in an overall mode and a local mode can be guaranteed.
