A preparation method disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps of: mixing fructus cnidii, asarum with the fruit of rangoon creeper according to the quality ratio of 3:1:1, extracting by using 60-70% of ethanol, and obtaining extraction solution for use; putting the plant extraction solution and the auxiliaries into a stirrer according to the formula, and mixing and stirring for 20 min; and passing through a colloid mill, shearing for 40 min, sanding for two times, filtering through a filter, bottling, packaging, and preparing a pharmaceutical product. The agent disclosed by the invention has the characteristics that the spray type organic pesticide/bactericide has broad-spectrum insecticidal/bactericidal effects; all pharmaceutical compositions are extracted from plants, therefore, the spray type organic pesticide/bactericide can be naturally degraded and are free from chemical residue; and the spray type organic pesticide/bactericide has the positive effect for increasing quality safety of agricultural products and public health.
