Because the polyimide paper is made of polyimide fiber, the polyimide paper inherits good properties of the polyimide fiber, and therefore, the prepared polyimide paper honeycomb core has better heat resistance, better dielectric performance, less fume toxicity, and better mechanical properties than an existing aramid paper honeycomb core; the polyimide paper honeycomb core has low water absorption, an application range thereof is expanded, and a service life of the honeycomb in a special environment is improved. The method of the present invention can use existing devices for manufacturing an aramid paper honeycomb core, and it is unnecessary to add new instruments or devices; the process procedures basically remain the same, the operation is convenient, and the device cost is not increased.
