Abstract

A fruit drier with thermal energy transferred through liquid mediums comprises a furnace, a heat exchanger which is connected with the furnace and a drying groove which is connected with the heat exchanger; the furnace is connected with the heat exchanger through a high temperature liquid delivery pipe and a low temperature liquid return pipe; and the heat exchanger comprises a radiating pipe and a fan. The furnace enables the liquid mediums which are heated to 90 degrees to 100 degrees to be delivered to the heat exchanger through the high temperature liquid delivery pipe to heat the air; the heated air enters into the lower portion of the drying groove to be contacted with fruit on the upper portion to enable the fruit to be dried or cooked; temperature inside the drying groove is controlled between 50 to 75 DEG C; and the heating time is controlled between 8 to 32 hours.
