The structure comprises a CPLD (complex programmable logic device), an FPGA (field programmable gate array), a microprocessor, and an E1 line interface chip. The CPLD and the E1 line interface chip are both connected to the FPGA and are bidirectionally communicated. The microprocessor is connected to both the CPLD and the FPGA.
