According to the method and the device provided by the invention, the original serial processing mechanism is adjusted to a parallel processing mechanism, and the conformance event determination is carried out by utilizing the parallel processing channels, so that the defects of serial processing in the prior art are overcome so as to ensure that the event information in each period of time can be processed, and the duration of conformance event determination is shortened, and thus the data on the entire time axis can not be stuck or lost.
