Problems solved by technology

Although external force knocking is simple and easy to do, it can only de-ice a small part of the ice-covered lines, which is slow, heavy workload and uneconomical, so it is only used in emergency situations where there is no other more effective method
[0005] ②High-current ice melting method, including over-current ice melting, short-circuit current ice melting, direct current ice melting, etc. These methods have high efficiency, but generally require the preparation of additional equipment in advance, the cost is high, the energy consumption is huge, and the operation It is complex and has a great impact on system security, and it is also prone to local overheating and damage to grid equipment
This technology has a better deicing effect, but it has relatively large limitations in terms of line design, construction of supporting facilities, or adjustment of power grid operation mode, and its application range is relatively narrow.
[0007] ④Passive deicing method, this kind of method is to install snow blocking rings, counterweights and other devices on the wires, so that the ice and snow are not easy to coalesce on the wires and fall off by themselves. Although no basic investment is required and the operation price is low, this method is efficient. Low, subject to natural conditions and limited to certain types of ice, so this method cannot guarantee reliable
[0012] The above methods are basically elimination methods after the formation of ice and snow disasters, often the losses have already been caused, and the cost is relatively huge no matter in terms of losses or countermeasures

Embodiment Construction

[0036] The present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0037] Such as figure 1 , The invention provides a power transmission wire for preventing ice and snow disasters. The power transmission wire is sequentially provided with a conductor, an insulation layer and a support layer from the inside to the outside, and the support layer includes rubber. According to different climatic conditions and theoretical transmission wire heat loss, adjust the material and thickness of the insulation layer and insulation support layer, so as to construct a suitable "diffuse heat dam", thereby blocking the formation process of transmission wire icing. Due to the slow release of heat (thermal potential) in the "heat dam" of the transmission wire through the surface, a small amount of ice coating on the transmission wire disappears or falls off due to melting.

Abstract

The invention provides a transmission line to prevent a snow and ice disaster. The transmission line is provided with, from inside to outside, a conductor, an insulation layer and a support layer. The support layer contains rubber. By adding of the insulation layer and the insulating support layer around the surface of the conductor, heat loss of the transmission line, and a heat conduction process and a convective heat exchange process between the transmission line and the transmission line surrounding environment are changed; and an artificial "diffusing heat dam" which can overflow is produced, so that temperature field distribution of the transmission line, of the insulation layer, of the support layer, of a thin contacting layer between the transmission line and surrounding air, and of a transmission line surrounding air environment layer is changed. Accordingly, the probability of the glaze, snow rime and the like to form the snow and ice disaster of the transmission line is eliminated; and the effect of preventing the snow and ice disaster of the transmission line is realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of disaster prevention and reduction, and in particular relates to a power transmission wire for preventing ice and snow disasters. Background technique [0002] Rain, snow, freezing and often accompanied by strong wind disasters are one of the main disasters faced by the power grid. Such disasters often cause the transmission line to dance at the same time, resulting in the collapse of the transmission line tower, line tripping, loosening of line bolts, jumper falling off, and disconnection. The direct consequences of serious damages such as broken strands, damaged connecting fittings, damaged tower materials, and ice-covered flashovers are likely to cause secondary damages such as grid disassembly, large-scale power outages, partial grid operation, and power railway blackouts. Disasters have caused great difficulties to the social economy and people's livelihood. Such disasters often occur on a large scale i...
