Abstract

The invention relates to a boron-contained powder core wire material for preparing an iron-based corrosion-resistant coating layer in an electric arc spraying manner and a preparation method of the iron-based corrosion-resistant coating layer, and belongs to the field of thermal spraying in materials processing engineering. A SPCC (Steel Plate Cold Commercial) steel strip is taken as the outer skin of the powder core wire material; and the filling rate of the powder core wire material is within 32% to 33%. The powder core wire material comprises the following components by mass percent: 5% to 25% of AL (aluminum), 1% to 6% of Si (silicon) and 1% to 5% of B (boron). The preparation method of the coating layer comprises the following steps of: pre-grinding the surface of a base body with 180 meshes of abrasive paper and performing a sand blasting treatment on the surface of the base body together with 60 meshes of brown fused alumina, thereby obtaining the powder core wire material; and preparing the coating layer by using an electric arc spraying process according to the spraying process parameters that the voltage ranges from 25V to 35V, the current ranges from 180A to 220A, the spraying distance ranges from 200mm to 210mm and the compression air pressure ranges from 0.4MPa to 0.6MPa.
