Abstract

The objective of the invention is to provide an experimental system to eliminate unfavorable influence of offset of an indenter in an apparatus used in a composite indentation experiment in the prior art, i.e., a composite indentation experimental system with an indenter securing device. The system comprises a workbench bearing a to-be-tested sample, a loaded shaft located above the workbench, an actuating device controlling movement of the loaded shaft, a load sensor and a connecting seat cooperatively used with an indenter. During an experiment, the height of the loaded shaft is adjusted at first so as to allow the connecting seat connected with the lower end of the loaded shaft to be a certain distance away from the to-be-tested sample, then the upper end of the indenter is snapped into a T-shaped groove of the connecting seat, so the indenter can be vertically pressed towards the upper end of the to-be-tested sample under the action of the loaded shaft, thereby avoiding offset and slide posing severe influence on the experiment and allowing accurate measurement data to be obtained. Moreover, with the system provided by the invention, manual operation is reduced, and damage of mechanical equipment to experimenters is avoided.
