This invention discloses an
underwater dynamic seal monitoring and flushing device, comprising a sealing housing and a first suction pump, a first
check valve, a collection tank, a
liquid level sensor, a second suction pump, and a second
check valve arranged sequentially within the sealing housing. It also includes a
discharge pipeline connecting the sealing cavity and the first suction pump, with a flushing fluid /
compressed air inlet on the
discharge pipeline, connected to an air
control unit and a flushing unit storing the flushing fluid via a first
solenoid valve and a second
solenoid valve, respectively. The suction pump, collection tank,
liquid level sensor, and
discharge pipeline of this invention enable real-time monitoring of leakage in the dynamic seal device, effectively assessing sealing performance and seal life, and avoiding serious consequences from seal failure. Simultaneously, the flushing device of this invention provides good cooling and
lubrication conditions for the dynamic seal device, contributing to an extended seal life.
