Abstract

The invention relates to a processing box for a laser printer. The processing box comprises a carbon powder chamber and a waste powder chamber. A transmission component of a photosensitive drum comprises a torsion accepting head and an output gear. The torsion accepting head is supported on a first end cover. The carbon powder chamber and the waste powder chamber are clamped between the first end cover and a second end cover. The output gear is positioned in a positioning cavity defined by positioning walls of the waste powder chamber. The torsion accepting head and the output gear are matched by in a tongue-and-groove manner. A transition groove is formed the corresponding part of the second end cover, back to one end of the photosensitive drum. The width of the transition groove is more than the diameter of the photosensitive drum. One side of the transition groove, back to the transmission component along the axial direction of the photosensitive drum, is covered by an additional end cover. One end of the photosensitive drum, back to the transmission component, is supported on the additional end cover through an end shaft. The end shaft and the photosensitive drum can keep a detachable assembling relationship. The processing box is reasonable in structure, flexible and convenient, the disassembly and assembly of the photosensitive are convenient, and the assembling cost can be lowered.
