Abstract

The invention discloses a position-adjustable optical projection tomography system sample fixing device. According to the device, a sample is fixed with two methods which are adhesion fixing and clamp fixing. The device comprises a precise translation stage with which a sample position can be integrally adjusted on two vertical directions, a fixed guiding device cooperating with a clamping claw when holding and fixing a sample such that a glass capillary containing the sample is vertically fixed in a chuck body; a chuck body used for fixing the guiding device, the clamping claw and an adhesion column; a clamping claw used for synchronically locking the glass capillary containing the sample when the sample is held and fixed, such that the glass capillary is positioned at the center of the chuck body; a clamping claw drive used for synchronically locking the clamping claw when the sample is held and fixed; and an adhesion column. During adhesion fixing, one end of the adhesion column is adhered to the sample, and the other end is fixed on the center of the chuck body. The system provided by the invention has the advantages of reasonable structure, good functions, convenient operation, and low cost.
