Abstract

The invention provides a method for cultivating blueberries, which is used for preventing or reducing viral pollution during the process of cultivating blueberries. The method comprises the following steps: performing pretreatment on the blueberries so as to obtain disinfectant root tips; culturing the root tips into regeneration plant sprouts on a culture medium; culturing the sprouts into plantlets on the culture medium; enabling the plantlets to grow into test-tube plantlets on the culture medium; grouping and sampling randomly, and detecting whether samples are infected viruses, especially specific viruses or not. In addition, the invention further provides a method for detecting blueberry viruses synchronously and quickly through multiple RT-PCR, and a mixed prime pair is adopted.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention belongs to the field of plant breeding. Specifically, the present invention relates to a method for cultivating blueberries, or a method for preventing or reducing (multiple) virus contamination in blueberry cultivation, and also relates to the synchronous rapid detection of multiple (species) viruses matched with it technology. Background technique [0002] Blueberry is a shrub of the Rhododendronaceae Vaccinium genus. Its fruit is a berry with small particles but high anthocyanin content. This is a completely different plant from Rosaceae herbs such as strawberries. [0003] The history of artificial cultivation of blueberries is relatively short, and there are relatively few studies on diseases and insect pests, especially viral diseases. Fruit growers lack knowledge and experience in the prevention and control of viral diseases. At present, the rooting and survival of blueberry seedlings are usually used to evaluate whether th...
