Abstract

The invention mainly relates to a seedling growing method for promoting fast rooting of plant cutting slips under high-temperature and high-humidity conditions. The method includes the steps of seedling growing facility construction, facility internal environment control, nursery pond arrangement, stock plant cultivation and cutting slip collection, pre-processing of the cutting slips, cuttage and seedbed management, and transplantation of rooting seedlings. Through the adoption of the high-temperature and high-humidity extreme conditions combining with stimulation of slow-release rooting agents, the rooting rate and rooting quality of the cutting slips are improved. The roots are large in quantity and thick and strong, the sprouting time is obviously shortened, and production efficiency can be effectively improved. According to the method, the cutting seedlings do not have obvious seedling postponing period when being transferred to a land for growing field crops, the survival rate of transplanting reaches to 95-100%, the growth speed of the seedlings is obviously accelerated, and the seedling quality can be improved. The cutting seedlings are selected through the extreme conditions, new strains with better stress resistance and increment can be selected and cultured from the cutting seedlings, and the cutting seedlings are high in uniformity and facilitate the annual batch production of factories.

[0045] A seedling raising method for promoting the rapid rooting of American red maple cuttings under high temperature and high humidity conditions includes the following operation steps:
[0046] Step 1. Construction of nursery facilities
[0047] Build a greenhouse for growing seedlings in the north-south direction. The height of the shed is 2.5m, the ground is hardened, and ventilation devices are installed on both sides of the shed;
[0048] Step 2: Environmental control in the facility
[0049] The temperature and humidity probes are installed in the greenhouse and connected to the control room computer to automatically control the temperature, relative humidity, and start of the spray device according to the set parameters;
[0050] Step three, layout of nursery pond
[0051] The nursery pond is set up in the east-west direction in the greenhouse, the width of the nursery pond is 0.8m, the depth is 20cm, the material of the nursery pond is aluminum-plastic board, the two ends of the nursery pond fall 3cm, the bottom of the lower end is reserved for drainage holes, and the bottom of the nursery pond is laid A layer of pebbles with a diameter of 3-5cm. The pebbles are covered with foam boards with the same width as the inside of the nursery pond. The thickness of the foam boards is 1cm. The foam boards are provided with water seepage holes with a diameter of 0.3cm every 5cm, and spray on the foam boards. Water flows out to the drain hole; take perlite with a diameter of 0.2-0.3cm and place it in 200 mg/kg ClO 2 Soak in the solution for 1d, and lay the soaked perlite on the foam board in the nursery pond as a culture medium with a thickness of 15cm. The nursery pond is arranged and ready for use;
[0052] Step 4. Mother plant cultivation and cutting collection
[0053] Strengthen the management of water, fertilizer and pests of the mother plants in the field, with moderate water and fertilizer, water spray every 3 days before cutting cuttings, and topdressing once a month before cuttings, average 40kg per mu; no pests and diseases to obtain high-quality cuttings; Collect semi-lignified young shoots before emergence or on cloudy days as cuttings, moisturize them, and set aside;
[0054] Step 5. Pre-treatment of cuttings
[0055] First rinse the cuttings obtained in step 4 with tap water, then use a mixture of 50% carbendazim and 50% thiophanate-methyl with water to prepare a 500-fold dilution, and then soak and disinfect the cuttings for 10 minutes. The mass ratio of carbendazim to thiophanate-methyl is 1;1; then the cuttings are trimmed to a length of 4-6cm, and 1-3 leaves are retained; then the base of the cuttings is treated with a 5-fold dilution of the transplanting rooting agent 1- 10min at 2cm, then moisturize at 30℃ for 5h to induce cutting wound to heal, for later use;
[0056] Step 6. Cutting and seedbed management
[0057] Insert the cuttings obtained in step 5 into the culture medium in the seedling pond of step 3, the insertion depth is 2-4cm, the row spacing between the cuttings is not less than 3cm, and the temperature and humidity in the greenhouse at 6-18 o'clock every day are set as follows: The highest temperature in the greenhouse during the rooting induction period is 36℃, the lowest temperature is 30℃, and the relative humidity is 93%. The spraying interval is based on the degree of water in more than 50% of the leaf area; the highest temperature in the greenhouse during the rooting expression period of plants is 38 ℃, the lowest temperature is 30℃, the relative humidity is 93%, the spraying time interval is based on the water in 50% of the leaf area; during the root system of the plant, the highest temperature in the greenhouse is 34℃, the lowest temperature is 30℃, and the relative humidity is 90 %, the spraying time interval is that 30% of the leaf area has water as a degree, and the spraying time interval is that no more than 20% of the leaf area has water as the degree after the root length reaches more than 1cm; during the whole rooting period, no spray at night, and the night temperature is not less than 30 ℃, humidity is not less than 90%;
[0058] During the whole rooting period, spray seedlings with an 800-fold dilution of 50% carbendazim or 50% thiophanate-methyl every 6 days;
[0059] Step 7, transplanting rooting seedlings
[0060] When the root length of the cuttings reaches 2-3cm, they are transferred to the nutrient bowl. The cultivation substrate in the nutrient bowl is a mixture of humus soil and perlite with a mass ratio of 3:1. The seedlings are refined for 7 days at an indoor temperature of 30-35°C. Then move to the field for conventional water and fertilizer management.
