This invention belongs to the field of
plant tissue culture technology, and specifically relates to a rapid propagation method for the
tissue culture of Japanese
red maple, Mikawa Nishiki. This invention achieves high survival rates of tissue-cultured regenerated plants by screening the
hormone components and ratios of the
initiation, proliferation, and rooting media, as well as optimizing the hardening-off and
transplanting techniques. The method can be carried out year-round under controlled conditions, with a short
production cycle, meeting the needs of industrialized
seedling production and large-scale production of superior Mikawa Nishiki varieties.
